Effective as soon as you start using the platform.

Welcome to Bemure.com, a platform that connects beauty professionals with clients seeking high-quality services. By registering as a beauty specialist on Bemure.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to offer beauty services in Cameroon. You are solely responsible for ensuring you meet all licensing, insurance, and legal requirements applicable to your services.

2. Service Listings

You agree to provide accurate, detailed descriptions of your services, pricing, availability, and qualifications. Misleading or false information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. Bookings and Payments

All client bookings must be made through the Bemure platform.

Clients will be required to pay a deposit via Bemure to secure appointments.

You are not allowed to solicit direct payments outside of the platform for Bemure bookings.

The client will pay a booking fee of 10% the cost of the service and pay the 90% left to the Beauty Professional in person.

4. Platform Fee

A 10% service fee will be deducted from the total amount of each confirmed booking. This fee covers platform maintenance, marketing, customer service, and transaction processing.

Example:
If a client books a service for 10,000 FCFA, you will receive 9000 FCFA from the client in person, after the 10% fee is applied. The 10% is paid by the client as a booking fee, upfront on the platform.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You agree to adhere to Bemure’s cancellation and refund policies. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

6. Conduct and Professionalism

All specialists are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and hygienic environment. Any reports of misconduct, harassment, or unprofessional behavior will be investigated and may result in disciplinary actions, including account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

You grant Bemure the right to use your service descriptions, photos, and business information for promotional purposes on the platform and associated marketing channels.

8. Termination

Bemure reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for behavior that undermines the platform’s reputation or integrity.

If you believe Bemure does not meet your expectations, you are free to delete your account and leave the platform.

9. Modifications

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates implies your acceptance of the new terms.
