1. Cancellation by Users
a. Users may cancel their booking through their Bemure.com account.
b. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a service gift voucher or price reduction on a future purchase.
c. Cancellations made within 10- 7 hours of the appointment may result in a partial service gift voucher or price reduction, depending on the service provider’s policy.
d. No compensation will be provided for cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment.
2. Cancellation by Service Providers
a. If a service provider cancels an appointment, users will receive a full service gift voucher or price reduction for a future booking.
b. Bemure.com may assist in rebooking with another service provider if available.
c. Repeated cancellations by a service provider may result in suspension from the platform.
3. No-Show Policy
a. If a user fails to be present for the scheduled service without prior cancellation, no compensation will be provided.
b. If a service provider fails to show up, users will receive a full service gift voucher or price reduction for a future booking and may request a reschedule.
4. Service Quality Issues
a. If a user is unsatisfied with the service, they must report the issue within 24 hours of the appointment.
b. Compensation for service quality issues will be provided in the form of a service gift voucher or price reduction on a future booking.
c. Bemure.com is not liable for service quality but will facilitate communication between users and providers.
5. Refund Process
a. Approved compensation will be provided as a service gift voucher or price reduction for a future booking.
b. No monetary refunds will be issued.
6. Policy Updates
Bemure.com reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
